I'm Shonali and am here to help you develop and integrate the emotional sustainability and resilience needed to experience all of this and more.

Through working together, I support you in coming back into connection with yourself, your intuition and your body. When all three are aligned, an integrated and embodied life becomes what it was always meant to be - a place where we are flexible and able to be spontaneous, where we can be clear about our wants & needs & know how to ask for them, and receive them moment to moment.

  • Living a stronger sense of yourself, recognising when a choice, experience and/or response is, or is not, in alignment with who you truly are and what you most value

My ultimate goal is for you to be confident and comfortable in your true self such that you are LIVING life, and no longer trying to figure out how to get through it.

How It Works

I use a unique combination of the tools of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy™ and Core Energy Coaching™(iPEC), to help you utilise your nervous system and neurobiology, transforming your unhelpful patterns, strategies and thoughts.

We begin each session with exactly where you are that day, noticing what’s present for you, including what’s showing up in your nervous system. Sometimes we’ll delve into beliefs, emotions, thoughts coming up;  sometimes your system will be asking for physical release and experiments, and sometimes it’ll be a combination of both. 

No one session is the same, just as every person and system is its own world, so there is no one size fits all. 

Using my expert techniques to guide our sessions, we work together like detectives, identifying signs of specific issues (physical, mental and/or emotional), thus discovering your system together, in safety and with curiosity. 

You already have this innate wisdom within you, our work is to find and repurpose it so you can access your greatest mental, emotional and physical freedom.

Together we will:

  • Discover what your body needs, to release stress/anxiety/collapse sustainably from your system

  • Integrate and embody the tools, transformations and shifts discovered in our sessions so they become your new habits you take outside of our sessions

  • Increase your level of emotional resilience

  • Discover how you can be flexible in your strategies & responses to life challenges/stress

  • Experiment with amplifying your tolerance for challenging situations and breaking stress loops (worry loop, what if loop, wish I could’ve loop,etc.) so you are more present in your life than ever before

  • Increase your tolerance for and integration of pleasure (for most of us this can be tricky when we’re so used to stress, fire fighting and drama for most of our lives)

My goal is for you to come home to yourself, where external circumstances no longer drive your sense of calm, joy and freedom. You’ll be able to take into account the context and circumstances under which you are experiencing any kind of potential anxiety or stress, and choose differently based on what feels right for you in the present moment vs being taken over by the fears of the past masquerading as truth in the present.
